Phenotype: hindbrain motor neuron migration process quality, abnormal
Note: This statement combines anatomy and/or ontology terms with phenotype quality terms to create a complete phenotype (EQ) statement. For detailed information on individual terms, click the hyperlinked term name.
Name: hindbrain
Synonyms: rhombencephalon
Definition: The most posterior of the three principal regions of the brain. In mammals and birds the hindbrain is divided into a rostral metencephalon and a caudal myelencephalon. In zebrafish, with the exception of the cerebellum, the ventral remainder of the metencephalon can be separated only arbitrarily from the more caudal myelencephalic portion of the medulla oblongata and thus these are not distinguished here. Ontology: Anatomy Ontology [ZFA:0000029]
Name: motor neuron migration
Synonyms:
Definition: The orderly movement of a motor neuron from one site to another. A motor neuron is an efferent neuron that passes from the central nervous system or a ganglion toward or to a muscle and conducts an impulse that causes movement.
Ontology: GO: Biological Process [GO:0097475]    QuickGO    AmiGO
Name: process quality
Synonyms: quality of a process, quality of occurrent, quality of process, relational quality of occurrent
Definition: A quality which inheres in an process.
Ontology: Phenotypic Quality Ontology [PATO:0001236]
